Returns Policy

At Zumi Gems, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns may only be requested once you have physically received the item.
  • All return costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including international postage.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted, but the item must not have been worn.
  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted.

Returns Process

  1. Notify us of your intention to return via info@zumigems.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in China.
  3. The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any customs charges or postage costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been verified and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not liable for lost parcels where tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this remains the customer's responsibility.
  • Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
