In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our website and marketing materials — all centred around our beautiful collections of earrings and accessories for little ones.
Responsibilities:
- Design attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images, and other visual content.
- Create marketing materials for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Enhance the user experience through thoughtful designs that strengthen our brand and appeal to both children and parents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into visual content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure consistency of our brand image and make sure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an E-commerce or children's lifestyle environment.
- Excellent skills with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Portfolio with examples of previous design projects.

Zumi Gems is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice and creating an excellent shopping experience for every customer visiting our children's jewellery store.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide them with personal and expert advice on our children's earrings and jewellery collections.
- Assist in finding the right style and size, ensuring every customer — and their child — leaves happy.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring all jewellery pieces are displayed in an attractive and safe manner.
- Support daily store activities, such as restocking and managing the cash register.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or children's accessories.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A genuine passion for children's jewellery and a good sense of style and trends.
